In our banking practice, we represent banks and financial institutions in a wide range of contracts, employment, bankruptcy, and litigation matters. We know that every debt financing transaction is different. We are pragmatic problem-solvers who work to bring transactions to a successful close while protecting the interests of our clients. We regularly act as counsel for lenders, borrowers, and other participants in asset-based loan transactions.
We represent several lenders which provide financing for acquisitions, construction, recapitalizations, and working capital needs. We are involved in the creation and perfection of liens on, and security interests in, various types of collateral, both real and personal. In addition, our firm also represents various banks in commercial and residential foreclosure.
At Hite Fanning, we pride ourselves on living up to our core values.
- We conduct ourselves with professionalism and the highest ethical standard.
- We attract highly motivated lawyers and staff with diverse backgrounds who are recognized for their talents and skills, ability to thrive in a collegial work environment, and commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- We support our profession and the communities in which we practice.
