Mark has represented financial institutions his entire legal career, so has experienced the evolution of banking and finance over a long period and through several economic cycles. He is able to anticipate issues, see trends develop, and realize what needs to be done to meet his clients’ business objectives.

Mark represents banks, commercial lenders, private equity funds, equipment lessors, and other financial service providers in commercial loan and lease documentation, real estate financings, workout negotiations, and portfolio acquisitions.
