Jim Clark is a member of the Executive Committee of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP and has been a partner since 1987. Mr. Clark’s practice includes the representation of major investment banks and corporations in capital market transactions, including debt and equity offerings, bank financings and debt restructurings.
Recent transactions on which Mr. Clark has worked include:
- Advising NBCUniversal in the $7.75 billion acquisition of exclusive U.S. broadcast rights for the 2022-2032 Summer and Winter Olympic Games
- Representing the initial purchasers in notes offerings for MGM Resorts, Alliance Data Systems, QVC, Vail Resorts, Boise Cascade, Georgia-Pacific, Levi Strauss and numerous other companies.
- Representing the lead bank arrangers in credit facilities for Airbnb, The Gap, PAE, GCI, Spirit Aerosystems, NorthWest Fiber and numerous other companies.

Mr. Clark graduated from Stonehill College in 1976 (BS), and from Albany Law School of Union University in 1979 (JD), where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review.
