Because of the clients who have entrusted their legal matters to me, a hard-working staff, a group of high-quality attorneys, the blessings of good health and a supportive wife, I really enjoy what I do.

Tom Flynn is a shareholder whose practice emphasizes banking law, gaming law, bankruptcy law, real estate law, wills and estate planning, and corporate law. Mr. Flynn frequently speaks to select audiences including bankers, attorneys, and regulatory officials. Flynn is a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy, and served as a bankruptcy trustee for over forty years.

The current financial market is unpredictable and rapidly changing. This is why Brick Gentry clients rely on the sophisticated expertise of the Banking and Financial Services attorneys to help them navigate and handle everything from new regulations and claim resolutions to creditor rights.

Our attorneys represent many Iowa and national banks, mezzanine lenders, credit unions and other financial services companies, assisting in compliance and regulatory issues, the negotiation and documentation of loans, loan restructurings, loan collections, and bankruptcy-related issues.

For over 50 years, Brick Gentry has been determined to set itself apart, challenging ourselves to provide clients with a higher level of service while fostering a unique environment that is truly founded on partnership. Above all else, client relationships reveal the most about Brick Gentry.

We value and take pride in each and every one and, ultimately, strive to excel by becoming our clients’ counselor and partner.
